Leap ‘N Learn® 4 – Year-Olds
Is your 4-year-old ready to leap higher, smile wider, and grow more confident? Leap ’N Learn® dancers experience ballet basics with joyful, imaginative play that lays a solid foundation for both dance and lifelong learning.
Why Parents Love This Class
Dance is more than cute costumes and twirls. According to Harvard Medical School (Winter 2015), dance supports brain development by strengthening both cognitive and motor circuits. At this age, movement is learning—and learning is fun!
What to Expect in Class
Each action-packed lesson is a creative journey through:
- Leaping over lily pads
- Riding trains to the zoo
- Flying into space
- And Endless adventures and explorations!
All the while, children are introduced to ballet vocabulary—disguised as delightful play!
Growing Independence
This is a drop-off class designed to support your child’s independence. If your dancer isn’t quite ready to attend on their own, ask us about our *Born to Dance* class, which welcomes grown-ups into the room. Confidence grows quickly—sometimes it just takes a lesson or two.
Practice at Home
Want your own props to keep the magic going at home? Let our amazing boutique team know and they’ll order the same imaginative tools used in class! Perfect for playful practice and memory-making at home.

Who Can Join?
Children must be 4 years old by October 1 of the current school year.

Keeping it simple for families.
DRESS CODE & BEHAVIOR:
Hair: secure hair off the face into a classical ballet bun or ponytail. Short hair may be held off the face with a headband. Need help? We loving helping just ask our amazing front desk team (the ones with studio t-shirts)
Behavior: Save the rowdy activity for sports please. Remember that “Please and Thank You” shows respect to parents, teachers and support staff.

We have everything they will need. Your registration includes all that’s needed to twirl into the stars.
