Former professional dancer found that performing for oneself, was only a small part of ensuring quality dance training. Qualifying in both executant and teacher exams in the world acclaimed organization, the Royal Academy of Dance. Ms Valerie also holds a bachelor of arts degree with a double major of arts and is continuously seeking more ways to become exceptional in the classroom. She has been a registered RAD teacher since 1974
Jennifer Gray
Senior Instructor, Choreographer
Ms Jen has danced and sung professionally around the globe. Ms Jen is a graduate of Performers College in London, England and has earned a teacher’s qualification with the ISTD and NATD in Imperial Classical Ballet and Modern Dance
A popular teacher, Ms Jen keeps the energy high and interest soaring from first steps to graduate exams. Her students gather inspiration and courage to aspire to lofty goals and enjoy solid R.A.D. assessment marks.
Lindsey Clements
Senior Instructor, Choreographer
Ms Lindsey was a honor dancer in Regional Dance America and has taught dance at Performing Arts Abroad in San Jose and at Danzay in Costa Rica. Ms Lindsey is a graduate of Point Park University, and has studied at Alonzo King LINES Ballet’s summer intensive and the Utah Regional Ballet
Bringing a rich performing and educational background, Ms Lindsey inspires and ignites the thrill of dancing in all her students
Na Spakousky
General Manager
Affectionately named "Oz behind the curtain," Ms Na uses her accounting background and unique parent point of view to keep our studio and staff supported and running smoothly. She first became an ABCBend parent in 2013, loving the way her daughters were able to thrive at ABC. In 2016, she joined ABCBend’s stellar team and never looked back.
Ms. Na keeps her finger on the pulse of the studio, so to not miss a beat.
Teresa Blackman
Concierge Assistant
Using her creative skills, Mrs Blackman smoothly helps parents navigate their child’s dance journey. And, with two children enrolled in multiple classes, she is more than aware of what parents and dancers need.
Ms Brittany Theo
Ms. Brittany began dancing at the age of 2 in a Chicago suburb and went on to compete with Lomastro Performing Arts Academy. In high school, she was a captain of the Lake Forest Varsity Dance Team, leading her team to UDA Nationals and earning 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishes during her four years on the team.
Now teaching at ABC and Sunriver Dance Studio, Ms. Brittany loves sharing her energy, passion and creativity with her students. As the Head Coach of the Mountain View Dance Team, she recently led the team to historic 1st and 2nd place finishes. She loves being a part of the ABC family and is dedicated to inspiring confidence, determination, and joy in every dancer she teaches.
