Upper Grades Tuition includes ADV PBT for a total of 4 classes a week:
Tuesdays AND Thursdays: ADV PBT 5:30 – 6:15 Class: 6:15 – 7:30

Tuition does not include examination fees.

This challenging class draws on solid technical skills allowing for the advanced level that choreography demands. Vocabulary expands with advanced levels of choreography, performance quality and musical responsiveness. Work includes Free Movement (lyrical) and court dances of Eastern Europe.

As an Upper Level of ballet class, this course of study, it is expected that dancers perform with fundamental and advanced technique. Advancement occurs with successful examinations and/or teacher’s approval. Examinations are conducted in order and may not be taken out of order.

Choreography crossed both classical and modern approaches for a well rounded experience.

DRESS CODE

Regulation R.A.D. regulation uniform included in tuition.

Hair MUST be secured into a classical ballet bun or ponytail. Short hair may be held off the face with a headband. All items are included within all-inclusive monthly tuition.

Males:
White short-sleeved leotard
Navy footless leggings
Dance socks and full-sole leather ballet shoes in white
FEMALES
Tank or camisole in class color
Tights in pink or skin color
Ballet shoes & ribbons in pink or skin color
Pointe shoes

Variation Rental:
Contemporary skirt or
Classical Tutu in class color

How dancers progress at Academie de Ballet Classique

All students are rewarded with an unbiased assessment assuring a safe progression to the next level. Assessments occur in the spring each year as a fun way to show off what we’ve learned for the examiner.

Tuition includes one Assessment to be taken in the Spring, prop kit, and Character rental fee. Extras are divided up into 10 equal payments. If a dancer drops the class mid-year; they will be charged for the balance owed on props and examinations.
